Magali Collection Terms of Sale

Magali Collection guarantees customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please follow the instructions below to return the item.

All sales are subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. Customer Acknowledgment.
Customer acknowledges agreement with these Terms of Sale by the placement of an order to purchase a Product from Magali Collection.

  1. Purchase Price.
    (a) Prices and promotions are listed in Magali Collection Web site and its advertisement, and are subject to change without notice.
    (b) Payment is due before shipment.
    (c) Payment is made by credit card and can be achieved through our secure payment platform.
    Secure payment system uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) that encrypts the information transmitted and no third party can become acquainted during the payment process.
    Magali Collection is not responsible for this platform, it can not be held responsible for any misuse of these sites or inaccessible to them.
  2. Shipping Terms
    Here at Magali CollectionClothing orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days from purchase date. If something is not in stock we keep the right to cancel the order.

We offer FLAT RATE $7.95 shipping on all website orders in the US.
We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $100 inside the US only! 8% tax is applied to all States orders.

We ship through USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation on all packages in the US to the address provided upon checkout. Our standard shipping is Priority 2-3 day. A Shipping notification e-mail is sent when your order is being processed to ship. Please Note: This does not mean that your item is shipping right then, it just means we are in the process. Order tracking information is sent in the shipping notification e-mail from us which you will be able to track your package once your order has shipped!
Please Note that If you give us the incorrect address you are responsible for the lost package. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or any Holidays. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

Once packages leave our warehouse, we are not responsible for the day/time in which you receive them. For whatever reason, if there is an issue with delivery timing it is your responsibility to work out those details with USPS***

  1. Returns
    It is our goal to assure that our customers are 100% satisfied with their purchase. Our return policy is for store credit ONLY as long as they are unworn, unwashed, un-altered in any way and in its original condition. If you are unsatisfied with an item you purchased from Magali Collection please contact us at magali@magalicollection.com Please notify us within 3 days of its arrival to you if you are unhappy. We will accept returns within 12-14 days of arrival to you if all of the following criteria is met.

Our return policy is for store credit ONLY as long as they are unworn, unwashed, un-altered in any way, do not smell of smoke and in its original condition. Items must be returned within 12-14 days to the date it was delivered to you.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was received damaged. Please note that all of our items are checked thoroughly before they are sent out so this issue does not occur. Please make sure you check your item AS SOON AS IT IS DELIVERED. We have a quality control team to check for damages BEFORE it is sent out and we will only give replacements for damages if you contact us within 3 days of its arrival.

To return an item, please email us at magali@magalicollection.com and let us know you are wanting to make a return and the reason of the return. Also we suggest getting tracking for the package for we are not responsible for any lost in transit packages.

(Please include a copy of the original invoice and explain what you want us to do with the order- exchange or store credit)

Once we receive returns, they will be processed within 3-6 business days and at this time you will be issued a store credit through your account in the price of the item or items you sent back, minus the shipping charges that were paid to get the items to you. We are not responsible for the return shipping charges, you will be responsible for that.

  1. Exclusive Agreement.
    These Terms of Sale represent the complete and final agreement between the Customer and Magali Collection for the matters set forth herein, and shall be supplemented only by the prices, quantity, and descriptions set forth in Magali Collection invoice for the relevant sale.
  2. General.
    (a) These Terms of Sale and any transactions made under them shall be interpreted by and be subject to the US laws.
    (b) In the event any section or portion of a section of these Terms of Sale are deemed unlawful or unenforceable, that section or portion of a section shall be stricken from the Terms of Sale, and the remaining terms shall continue in full force and effect.
    (c) Magali Collection shall not be responsible for damages or delays resulting from Acts of God, and from other actions, both governmental and otherwise, including but not limited to war, riot, seizure, and embargo.
    (d) These Terms of Sale may be modified from time to time by Magali Collection without notice, and are current as of the date of the then current advertisement or Web site. Please refer to the current advertisement or Web site.
